Black Hawk Area Task Force

The Department’s narcotics/vice officers are currently assigned to the Black Hawk Area Task force and works with other officers from several other municipal police organizations and the Illinois State Police. This group specializes in the investigation of illegal drugs and it’s trafficking and when requested has partnered with other local departments to assist in their drug investigations.
