The General Investigations division is staffed with two dedicated detectives responsible for a broad spectrum of cases, ranging from minor offenses to significant criminal investigations. These detectives conduct comprehensive interviews, collect and examine forensic evidence, and working closely with other law enforcement agencies and subject matter experts to investigate cases. The two general assignment investigators are supervised by the Investigations Sergeant who also serves as the Street Crime Unit Detective.
