During the watermain extension project near Northeast Park, residents who were going to be temporarily shut off were proactively notified. However, due to unknown circumstances beyond anyone's control, more residents have experienced low pressure and/or no water at this time. We sincerely apologize for this. As soon as it was brought to our attention, crews began to investigate the cause and a way to correct the problem. Those residents whose water was shut off should have
water back within the next couple of hours. However, they will be under a boil order until test results come back. We will issue another notice as/ soon as the boil order is lifted.
